Blog Project Week 8: Man's Best Friend
I'm going to have to start this post with changing it to WOMAN's best friend, because the picture I'm using is of my little boy Bogie the beagle!
This is a picture I actually took last December during one of the first snowfalls of the season (you know, before North Jersey turned into Antarctica). My sister and I had put his little sweater on him (it was one of the super cold snows) and brought him out to the backyard to play with him in the snow, running around, burying his head in the snow and catching snowballs. And when I got him to look up over my head at a snowball my sister was holding up to get his attention, I got this photo:
I've taken so many photos of this dog over the past almost 7 years so it's hard to pick a favorite. I've got pictures of him sitting on my sister's lap, sound asleep belly up on top of my stomach, lounging on an arm chair with one arm propped up like a little person, huge smiles while he's sleeping. He's an easy pup to take pictures of.
But he's also one of my most cuddly, loving, and frisky dogs with an incredibly unique personality. He's my rock, and my baby who I love coming home to at the end of the day. Incredibly loyal and loving, he is this woman's best friend.
