Q: I forgot my password! What should I do?

     A: Most email hosts allow you to search your inbox by name or phrase. Try searching your email for "Brianna Foster Photography" or "Your Photos Are Ready!" to find the email that was sent to you with your link and password information. If you still can't find it, then don't hesitate to contact me and I will look it up in your records!

 

Q: What the heck is my "Direct Access Code"?

     A: The Direct Access Code is simply the part of your url that comes after the "/". For example, if I send you the link to your gallery as "www.BriannaFosterPhotography.com/janebirthday" then your Direct Access Code is "janebirthday". From there it will then ask you for your password.

Q: Can I use my 10% off coupon for bulk digital file purchases?

     A: Due to the purchasing of the custom designed USB drives and matching storage boxes, the 10% off coupon can not be used for bulk rate digital file purchases. It does work for individual digital file purchases however!

 

Q: Do you do Thank You or Save the Date cards?

     A: I sure do! I can create custom cards for any occasion! Check My Product Catalog for templates. Templates there can be mixed and matched (the cover of one card with the inside/back of another and so on) and most of the time fonts and colors can be changed to reflect your personal style and event. Prices start at $1.25 per card for a 5x7 flat card. Smaller card sizes are available, as well as custom shaped cards. Multiple changes to a design after sending to proof and/or major changes to templates may incur an additional fee.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my pictures?

     A: My editing schedule greatly depends on the season and how busy I am. Because of this, editing time can vary. Please check your contract to see the individual estimated time for your event/session.
